As a subscriber, you are charged via the credit card you used to place the order. Filter plans are charged monthly, and mask plans are charged at the frequency you select at checkout. The charge is always the same day of the month your original order was placed. When you purchase a filter plan or mask club membership, the system creates two orders. The first order is a regular order that gets filled immediately. This includes the item you selected, as well as the initial signup bundle added to your order at no additional cost. The second order is a “recurring” order for the periodic filters or masks. The recurring order will automatically charge your card at the designated frequency, on the same day the original order was placed, until you cancel your plan.
For filters, the initial term of new subscriptions is either 6 or 12 months, depending on the option you selected at signup. After the initial term, the subscription will continue on a month-by-month basis until cancellation. You can cancel your subscription in advance or at any time by accessing your account at store.purakamasks.com/myaccount.asp, going to "Recurring Orders", then selecting "Unsubscribe".
For masks, the membership terms are 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the option you selected at signup. After the initial term, the subscription will renew at the same frequency. You can cancel your subscription in advance or at any time by accessing your account at store.purakamasks.com/myaccount.asp, going to "Recurring Orders", then selecting "Unsubscribe".
For the filter plan, because we mail your new filters anywhere from 10-20 days early, we ask that cancellation after your initial term be made at least 15 days before your recurring monthly charge date. Cancellations received after that time will apply at the beginning of the next 30-day billing cycle.
Mask of the month cancellations must be made your renewal date for a full refund.
For filters, you can change the number of filters you receive every month at any time by selecting the MODIFY PLAN option, above. Your subscription fee will change accordingly. For example, if you are on the 12-month 10-filter plan and decide to downgrade to the 5-filter plan, your monthly fee will change from $11.25 / month to $7.50 / month for the billing period following the change request (subject to the same 15-day notice requirement outlined above).
Puraka reserves the right to end your subscription or membership if unforeseen reasons arise. However, we agree to give as much notice as reasonably possible prior to cancellation. Furthermore, in the interest of being a responsible supplier of high quality filters and masks, we will always make a good-faith effort to retain enough filters and masks, or capacity to manufacture filters or masks, as may be required to fulfill existing subscription customers for a period of at least six months, at any given time.
