Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Puraka Clean Air Resources is not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or throughout any such site. 

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Puraka Clean Air Resources reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Puraka Clean Air Resources reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Puraka Clean Air Resources, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns and Warranties

You can cancel your order in full by notifying us within 30 days for any reason. If the cancellation is due to a product defect, we will pay for the items to be returned, and will issue a full refund upon receipt. If the cancellation is due to preference, including issues related to fit, you must pay for the return shipping. We will issue a refund for any unopened masks, filters and accessories, and issue store credit for up to one (1) opened mask and filter packet. Opened accessories are non-refundable.

Exchanges on un-opened items can also be made within 30 days. We will pay shipping for any product-quality exchanges, but we ask that you pay return shipping for preference-based exchanges. 

For any orders where we or our fulfillment provider makes a product-related mistake (wrong style, size, etc.), we will replace the masks immediately at our expense.  In most cases, we suggest that you donate any unopened masks to a front line worker like a grocery store clerk, delivery person, or healthcare provider instead of returning them, but please confirm with us prior to donating.


Our masks are guaranteed for a period of 6 months, or 60 washing cycles. If the nose clip breaks, we will send you a new one along with instructions on replacing it. During this period of 6 months or 60 washing cycles, if your mask has any other construction-related issues like broken ear straps or tears that occur the normal course of use, we will replace the mask or give store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. In order to qualify for this warranty, you must either hand-wash your mask or use a laundry bag if machine-washing or drying.

Shipping Policy

All orders of masks placed before 10 am Pacific Time will be shipped the same day from our fulfillment centers. Free ground shipping on orders of 2 or more masks is estimated to take 2-7 business days. USPS First Class / Priority shipping is estimated to take 1-5 business days. All shipping options depend on carrier capacity at a given time.

For international orders, please understand that your shipment may take more time to arrive than normal, consider the ongoing pandemic. We will make our best efforts to notify you of your package's progress and provide up-to-date and accurate tracking information.

As a subscriber, you are charged via the credit card you used to place the order. Filter plans are charged monthly, and mask plans are charged at the frequency you select at checkout. The charge is always the same day of the month your original order was placed. When you purchase a filter plan or mask club membership, the system creates two orders. The first order is a regular order that gets filled immediately. This includes the item you selected, as well as the initial signup bundle added to your order at no additional cost. The second order is a “recurring” order for the periodic filters or masks. The recurring order will automatically charge your card at the designated frequency, on the same day the original order was placed, until you cancel your plan.

For filters, the initial term of new subscriptions is either 6 or 12 months, depending on the option you selected at signup. After the initial term, the subscription will continue on a month-by-month basis until cancellation. You can cancel your subscription in advance or at any time by accessing your account at store.purakamasks.com/myaccount.asp, going to "Recurring Orders", then selecting "Unsubscribe".

For masks, the membership terms are 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the option you selected at signup. After the initial term, the subscription will renew at the same frequency. You can cancel your subscription in advance or at any time by accessing your account at store.purakamasks.com/myaccount.asp, going to "Recurring Orders", then selecting "Unsubscribe".

For the filter plan, because we mail your new filters anywhere from 10-20 days early, we ask that cancellation after your initial term be made at least 15 days before your recurring monthly charge date. Cancellations received after that time will apply at the beginning of the next 30-day billing cycle.

Mask of the month cancellations must be made your renewal date for a full refund.

For filters, you can change the number of filters you receive every month at any time by selecting the MODIFY PLAN option, above. Your subscription fee will change accordingly. For example, if you are on the 12-month 10-filter plan and decide to downgrade to the 5-filter plan, your monthly fee will change from $11.25 / month to $7.50 / month for the billing period following the change request (subject to the same 15-day notice requirement outlined above).

Puraka reserves the right to end your subscription or membership if unforeseen reasons arise. However, we agree to give as much notice as reasonably possible prior to cancellation. Furthermore, in the interest of being a responsible supplier of high quality filters and masks, we will always make a good-faith effort to retain enough filters and masks, or capacity to manufacture filters or masks, as may be required to fulfill existing subscription customers for a period of at least six months, at any given time.


Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Puraka Clean Air Resources holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Puraka Clean Air Resources shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Puraka Clean Air Resources shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Puraka Clean Air Resources will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
