You can cancel your order in full by notifying us within 30 days for any reason. If the cancellation is due to a product defect, we will pay for the items to be returned, and will issue a full refund upon receipt. If the cancellation is due to preference, including issues related to fit, you must pay for the return shipping. We will issue a refund for any unopened masks, filters and accessories, and issue store credit for up to one (1) opened mask and filter packet. Opened accessories are non-refundable.
Exchanges on un-opened items can also be made within 30 days. We will pay shipping for any product-quality exchanges, but we ask that you pay return shipping for preference-based exchanges.
For any orders where we or our fulfillment provider makes a product-related mistake (wrong style, size, etc.), we will replace the masks immediately at our expense. In most cases, we suggest that you donate any unopened masks to a front line worker like a grocery store clerk, delivery person, or healthcare provider instead of returning them, but please confirm with us prior to donating.
Our masks are guaranteed for a period of 6 months, or 60 washing cycles. If the nose clip breaks, we will send you a new one along with instructions on replacing it. During this period of 6 months or 60 washing cycles, if your mask has any other construction-related issues like broken ear straps or tears that occur the normal course of use, we will replace the mask or give store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. In order to qualify for this warranty, you must either hand-wash your mask or use a laundry bag if machine-washing or drying.
