You can cancel your order in full by notifying us within 30 days for any reason. If the cancellation is due to a product defect, we will pay for the items to be returned, and will issue a full refund upon receipt. If the cancellation is due to preference, you must pay for the return shipping, and we will issue a refund for up to one (1) opened mask & filters, as well as any additional unopened mask or filters. Se note below for fit issues.

Exchanges on un-opened items can also be made within 30 days. We ask that you pay return shipping for preference-based exchanges. See note below for fit issues.

For returns and exchanges related to product fit, we will process one (1) return or exchange for all children's masks free of charge, and one (1) return of exchange for one (1) adults mask (standard or petite) per customer, free of charge.

For any orders where the mistake is on our end (wrong style, size, etc.), we will replace the masks immediately.  In those cases, you can donate any unopened masks to a front line worker like a grocery store clerk, delivery person, or healthcare provider instead of returning them.
